If you are using email services such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Docomo, Softbank, or other mobile email providers and find it difficult to receive the authentication code, please try using a different email address if the email does not arrive even after 30 minutes

Additionally, please check the following items as well

• Depending on your email software, the emails may be automatically moved to the trash or junk mail folder. Please check the settings of your email software.

• If you can access your email through a web browser, please also check your emails there.

• If you are using a mobile phone (smartphone) email address, there may be cases where emails cannot be received due to certain settings. If you have specified reception settings, please make sure to allow emails from the domain “eresa.jp.”
